- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆March 30, 2019, by KJ BenhamRented a uhaul truck for Saturday morning with a pickup scheduled at 9:00 a.m. I waited from 8:55 a.m. until 10: 00 a.m. - employee was an HOUR LATE to show up. Then the two employees could not get the computer to work. So, I had to cancel the uhaul rental but still had to pay the fellow I hired to help me move for his time. AND I had to wait an additional week to move. I work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day. They wasted my Saturday and cost me money and precious time. I suggest using another uhaul provider.
